FEATURES

Tiny, friendly,
always on your side.

Lives in your menu bar

A 22-pixel puppy sits quietly at the top-right of your screen. While you're focused, the dog naps. No bouncing badges, no interruptions.

4-stage gentle warning

Drift away and the dog wakes up — first rubbing eyes, then looking around, then asking where you went. It's a nudge, not a slap.

You pick the focus apps

Choose Xcode, Figma, Notion — whatever you actually work in. WatchDog only watches when you've left those, not when you're heads-down.

Welcomes you back

Return to focus and the dog wags its tail with a small "welcome back" animation. A tiny reward for showing up.

Lifetime, no subscription

One-time purchase, no subscription. Use it forever, on one Mac at a time. Move it to a new device whenever you want — the license follows you.

Fully local, fully offline

Your focus data never leaves your Mac. The only network call is a quiet 24-hour license re-check with Lemon Squeezy.

FAQ

Quick answers.

macOS 14.6 (Sonoma) or later. Works on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. v1.x will continue to receive updates within this minimum version.
WatchDog is launching soon. The plan is a one-time, lifetime license with a 7-day refund window. Pricing will be announced at launch.
Yes. Each license is one device at a time. From Settings → License → Deactivate, then re-activate on the new Mac with the same key. No support ticket needed.
No. Everything stays on your Mac via UserDefaults. The only network activity is a 24-hour license re-check with Lemon Squeezy — no analytics, no telemetry.
Direct distribution is the primary channel for now (signed + notarized by Apple). MAS is being considered for a later release; existing license holders won't have to re-purchase.
No. WatchDog only reacts visually — it never force-quits, blocks, or restricts any app. It's a gentle reminder, not an enforcer.

Bring the puppy home.
